Paypal has my payment as going thru but sent me an email saying "To finish up, go back to Agoge Inc and give your final approval". Is this something new?

Thank you for your interest and replying! Yes, this was a mess and compounded by the wording of the email that PayPal sent me. But came to understand it by just checking the site itself and finding no transaction had taken place yet PP's wording made it appear that Subeta did get the funds when in reality no. So I just tried again and it worked fine.
