Hello! This is the second time this happens to me this week. First it was my Dearly Lolita Dolly when I tried to send it to the store, I got an Error 502 Bad Gateway and the item was lost. Fortunately, an administrator of the page was kind enough to solve it and the item was sent back to me. Now again, I tried to remove my Stylish Potion of Strands from my wardrobe, I got the same error (502) and my item disappeared, running an Account Search is listed as "No items found!" I don't know if this can happen with all items (although it hasn't happened to me when I move non-custom to my shop) and it's a bit frustrating. Is this a problem that happens only with my account or did it happen to someone else? Is there any way to prevent it from happening again? I am currently afraid of relocating any object and that it happens again. Any input will be appreciated. Thanks.
No, it's not your account. Missing items and amounts can occur for anyone. You should file another ticket when that happens, as that's the only way to get reimbursed.
But do be aware that missing stuff is likely to happen more often when the site's unstable and giving error codes, such as recently. So keep an eye out when moving valuable things around.
