Hey All Im doing a scroll purge. I can't remember for the life of me if these are high freezing scrolls or not.

They sure are! Strong Stomp is 85% and Cold Blast is 70% (I believe) :)

Yup that's what my notes say! I asked after the jelly war on the battle chat and was told its the same as shriek, so 85% :D I use it and it definitely freezes a lot! I'll try and find the post later. C:

what about the void? and psycho smasher? 75%?
