As a long-time member of the site, I've seen a lot of features made nicer to use... I definitely think it's Wardrobe Drawers' turn for a second pass. It's looking very HTTP-POST these days

I rarely update my avatar because it's too hard to find/organize items. Just take as an example the task "find all my white skirts".

1. There's no sense of color family: you have to run separate searches on white, snow, ivory... and this is just where you're lucky and the white version isn't called "innocent" or "fanciful". (Tagging all subeta clothes with their nearest color is not an impossibly large undertaking, because users would happily do it for a little sP. You could build a pretty simple system that could collect that data.) I vaguely remember having this feature in the past; am I making that up?

2. You can't search for two words ("white" and "skirt") at once, or any other kind of structured query.

3. There's always the odd item named "lollipop" or "handful of petals". In general, improving drawers would at least let users navigate those categories they cared about or used a lot. We should be able to TAG our clothes. What's the point in having virtual clothes if a clothing item can only have one drawer to find it with?

The interface to edit drawers is clunky. It would be nice to have some kind of mass edit, or to be able to edit them directly from the wardrobe page. I would LOVE to have a little "mark favorite" star without having to go to another page, search for the item, decide on A drawer that I can use to surface it, and submit a form edit.

I have 9765 items in my wardrobe, and more importantly, since I've started going for the wardrobe achievements, items in my wardrobe aren't necessarily ones that I like. I barely ever change my avatar even though I love clothes and they're my main sP sink! I'll buy pretty items, but getting them back out of a big 10,000 item heap is so difficult for me that I wind up not able to participate in this part of Subeta. It would change my interaction with the site to be able to manage my wardrobe

Drag and drop items into drawers. This feature existed, very briefly in one of the many iterations of the wardrobe - its was fantastic!

Color picker - this has existed in a couple of past iterations. It was so very helpful!

It seems that a lot of improvements suggested for the wardrobe have been implemented, but didn't stick with later wardrobe versions. So we know it can be done.

a new wardrobe is in development, though there hasn't been much word about its progress lately. a tagging and color search system are intended features. unfortunately we will probably have to live with the current wardrobe until the new one is completed.
