Its showing as a wearable, but for me its showing up blank in preview and subetalodge preview?

thanks. I didnt realize it was a type of border? It says foreground i think in subetalodge. Strange.. thanks for your help^^

It is a foreground. It makes the entire HA lighter, not just the jagged border effect. These two HAs are identical except the lower one has the homemade card on the top layer.
