Hello all! encouraged me to bring this up as a content suggestion. What if we could make the various food tubbies usable? We could open them and they could drop retired food, since after all, tubbies are meant for food 'saved for later', right? There's so much random retired and special food on the site, I think this would be a nice way to keep them in circulation for people.

Holy cow this is a great idea. Or like, they could drop new items every once in a while like "Mystery Mold" or "Used To Be Lasagna", or "Sentient Leftovers" if the team wanted to get creative.

After all, a lot of what gets discovered in containers like these are the reaaaalllly old leftovers that have been in the fridge so long they've evolved into something else.

I think this is cute. I would be in favor of this.

Heh. Even though, truthfully I was thinking to make them wearable. But being able to open them and find holiday foods, foods from the past, etc, is a great idea.
