I impetuously love Elaene and I wanna adopt her. (I almost said "impulsively" and then I realized what your un was and thought that was a little too on the nose!)

I'mma come back either tonight or tomorrow (most likely tomorrow) to flesh out some real ideas. But basically I wouldn't change much about her, except make her chibi.

Thank you so much for the ping, seriously! Life has been so hectic lately I completely forgot about poor Elaene. I've hardly had any time to spend on here in the last few days, except to train my pets and impulse-adopt pets from the pound. It's been...stressful.

But I'm definitely still interested in Elaene. First, there is a slim chance that I might change her name somewhere down the line. If you look at my account, you'll see that I definitely favor RW names and I have very few exceptions to that. But I also currently love Elaene's name as it is, so if it happens, it would likely happen later due to pressure from the perfectionist side of my brain.

I didn't love the 1983 until they made the chibi version. I think chibi 1983s are either the cutest ugly things or the ugliest cute things ever. Kinda like the chibi urubus. In fact, I would make Elaene best friends with Umpteen, and they obviously would hit it off due to their mutually cuteness, pinkness, and strange eyebrows.

Beyond that I'm afraid I don't have much of a character for her, and if I tried now it would probably be related to Russia because I have Russia(n) on the brain 24/7 at the moment. XD But I do have a vague feeling of her being quirky and precious and just generally adorable. Maybe she even would see herself as a pony and want to joint The Wildlings (my horse-inspired group). Some of them would disdain her but I'm 100% certain Whimsies would find her a delight.

I mostly just loved her for her look and her name and especially her birthday, because I still have a thing for October birthdays. In fact, happy birthday Elaene! Mine is Monday. :D

Edit: I just got an Antique Ashen Parlor Settee doing the quest rounds and got a brilliant idea. Everything I said above still applies, but I also want to make Elaene a southern belle old lady type character who owns an antique furniture shop. You know, the kind that goes around wearing lacy, wide-brimmed hats and kid gloves and saying things like "Oh my stars and garters!" She will be both a quirky little kid and a charming old lady at the same time. It sounds kinda weird on paper but trust me, in my head, it works.

I have a literature professor OC of several years that I could never find a good name for! Harvard is essentially perfection. He's a very particular, nearly OCD precise individual who is also a successful editor and podcast personality. He exists in my modern action universe and has a brother who is an assassin. My pets are under construction since I'm trying to dev one layout that rules them all (tm). For now, their content is hosted in a cloud based notebook.
