Now should work after testing by staff
I had an autotraining run that ended shortly before 1AM, and I believe something happened around midnight which could have cut 4 training sessions. Not expecting this, I can't remember all the details with accuracy, and have sent a ticket for assistance.
Is anybody getting autotraining issues such as:

The expected training time ending early, with possible lost sessions.

The event "Pet has gained x points at the Training Center" always showing "less than a minute ago"
-
That pet still in a manual training session (with time remaining), without user intervention.

First pet (Volkner_354) began autotraining around 8AM Sept 22. The event about its autotraining being complete, after hours of its timestamps of "less than a minute ago", finally has a timestamp of 5:30AM Sept 23. However, I got that event around 1:50AM Sept 23.

As of Oct 7 2019, still getting the "less than a minute ago" in the event for several hours after autotraining. It lasted from around 11:47AM to 3:45PM.
Edit: The only remaining issue is that the estimated time is shifting after each autotraining session. After autotraining around 20 sessions, the estimated time has shifted nearly an hour.
Still noticing issues on Dec 2 to 3. All 3 pets are level 149 and put into autotraining at the same time: Raiwen has 8 classes left in Defense! The autotraining session will be finished around 11:27 AM today. Extinguish_277 has 6 classes left in Defense! The autotraining session will be finished around 8:54 AM today. Volkner_354 has 6 classes left in Defense! The autotraining session will be finished around 8:54 AM today.
I put my pet Croaker Norge in autotraining for defense about 12 hours ago and have received a notification that it’s done training and it appears to be in a normal training session now. It got 8 points, so it seems it didn’t lose sessions.
update: So in my ongoing autotraining drama, I put Croaker back in around noon yesterday. Earlier this morning when I checked my pets it was out of training (?), and despite getting six sessions only gained three points (Should this even be possible?). The autotraining end notice incorrectly says the pet gained five points of health. As the sessions ticked down yesterday I noticed that no health points were being gained for around three sessions. And while the notification says autotraining ended an hour ago, it was two hours ago that I checked in and found it out of training. If it was another bugged 12 hour set then it should be 10ish hours since it came out of training.
So.. I guess stop training this pet because something is broken?
I'm still noticing other autotraining problems. I put five pets into health autotraining today Oct 25th around 8AM. They have different remaining sessions now although they are all 76.5 mins per session (Edit: There are 19 sessions for this)

8:50pm: Raiwen has gained 29 health points at the Training Center! (Somehow still in manual training with 1 minute remaining)
Oct 26 12:45am: Sika_370 has gained 38 health points at the Training Center! (Somehow still in manual training with 1 minute remaining)
Oct 26 9:44am: The estimated time to finish has increased by nearly an hour. Rapscallion_512 has 1 classes left in Health! The autotraining session will be finished around 10:01 AM today. Extinguish_277 has 1 classes left in Health! The autotraining session will be finished around 10:01 AM today. Volkner_354 has 1 classes left in Health! The autotraining session will be finished around 10:01 AM today.
Forgot exactly what time, but before 11:25am: Volkner_354 has gained 32 health points at the Training Center! Extinguish_277 has gained 27 health points at the Training Center! Rapscallion_512 has gained 34 health points at the Training Center!
This is fixed now
And still getting prolonged "less than a minute ago" timestamps on the autotraining events.
