Spiderweb Gown hand cutout doesn't line up right...

I don't know how this has gone unnoticed--it's not a new item--but maybe it doesn't show up so obviously on the lighter bases most people use?
has a hand cutout that's too big/misaligned and really glaring.
The leg fill-in is also misaligned, but I hate leg fill-in so I'd be just as happy if that went away. Leg fill-in is super obnoxious if you actually want to wear items like these on top of a longer skirt or pants that are actual pants rather than skin-tight leggings, hose or tights.

Looks like the whole thing got stretched to the right it's nothing to do with base color (lol), this item used to be fine and I'm sure because I wore it before

I had to do a bit of research but I think that the main problem is that this item is so old that it was made to fit the old base. If you take a look at older backgrounds with cutouts, there is a white space next to the hand. Not AS bad as the dress but I think it is the same issue. It was just made for the old base. When I try and move it, it creates white space on the other side. If I move it over and up it is a bit better although I think only a redraw will fix it completely.
That being said, I can see if they will be ok with moving it over and up until that happens.

How weird! I don't desperately need to use it, but I think it's a pretty cool item and I'd like to be able to! I've never noticed that about backgrounds because, well, my avatar is usually not wearing skintight hair and clothing :) Thanks for letting me know!
