I bought from the Carnival store for 175 tickets but got a page error. I tried going to the previous page to try to buy it again but when I did, I got a message saying I didn't have enough tickets. I then checked my inventory to see if it was there but it wasn't.

Try an account search just in case, and if you don't somehow have it somewhere on your account, you'd have to file a ticket to get your item
