I've noticed this problem cropping up every so often for at least a few months now. I'll be going down the page collecting my pets' incomes, and I'll hit a run of three pets that have "already collected their income." Which three pets it is varies. Now, the page has a tendency to jump when I back pedal from each collection page to the main page, so I had previously assumed that I just wasn't paying attention and the page moved. But this time I know that wasn't the case, because one of the pets that had "already collected" was my top earner, and I know I hadn't clicked him yet. Is anyone else having this problem? It'll reset by tomorrow, but it's kind of annoying...
I recommend tracking your sP onhand at the start of collecting then afterward. There have been issues where the site thinks you double click - so the "first" click gets your sP, the second click then gets the error message saying you've already collected. Its hard to tell for sure unless you actually track your sP.

Hmm, that is interesting, but the way it's always three pets in a row and none of the others makes me think it's a glitch, not a double-click. I'll have to watch my sP the next time it happens, though. Thanks for the thought.
Have you had a chance to watch your sP and confirm you're not receiving the correct income? If you're still encountering this issue, could you please let me know which specific pets it is, and is it always the same three pets every time?

I've been keeping an eye on it, and it hasn't happened since, but I have had this problem intermittently, and it's always a run of three pets, and where it starts will vary. This last time, I believe it was Willow, Gegenschein, and Feathermint. Feathers was definitely one of the three, because I was annoyed about him specifically, since he's got the highest income of all my pets. Usually it's down in the Chibis, though, who only make ~1k each.
It's usually happens on my computer in chrome, because that's where I play most often, if that helps.
I'm definitely going to keep watching it so that the next time it happens, I'll know if it's a money error or just an error page, but I haven't seen it yet.
