Shouldn't this be, y'know blue? As opposed to redberry? Minor issue and I'm not really bothered by it but I was a bit confused when I first saw it. Though actually on my laptop with better lighting it looks kind of purplish? But still red? Those must be very fresh blueberries.
You're right this one is weird. I did an image search and didn't find any this color, not even when they're semi-ripe.
The color is pretty damn close to slightly-unripe blueberries and blueberry jam/mashed/etc. Maybe a bit more vibrant and red than they are, but close.

ok so i assumed the part under the cream was sort of a jam / cooked down blueberries which i suppose would be reddish, but looking closely there are teeny berries on top of the cream... except they are also red. maybe maroon?
in my baking experience, blueberries tend to "leak" when baked so they'll leave reddish juices on and around themselves (often splitting open in the process), but the berries themselves are still fairly blue/purple. so yeah i will admit red/maroon is a pretty odd color choice for this one.
