I know that a lot of them go out via the Hustler, but so many of them seem to still be extremely rare/unavailable, so I propose perhaps making an item that's something like a "Vintage Donation Collection" where those items are either chosen via a Pick One method since Chance Boxes seem to be on the way out, or maybe a Vintage Donation Chance Machine (Those names are so creative I know /s) that distributes them at random if staff still wants an air of chaos around it like the Hustler provides?

If these items becoming too available could be considered a problem, maybe the Vintage Donation Collection/Chance Machine could only be available during small windows like, maybe Black Friday, for example?

The months that aren't available are September 2005 - April 2006. A lot of the items are affordable, but there's about 20 that are over 28 million.

I don't think it should be random. None of the other presents/collections are random anymore, so these shouldn't either. I need one item, let me buy the one item.
