You can choose the item you want out of Feral Accessory Trunk now, so the maximum that the Hooves will be worth is 250 csc (25m)

The STS is harder, maybe 100m-150m depending on how desperate your buyer is. Its probably hard to find a buyer as most established battlers (anyone who would be willing to pay that much for a single weapon) probably already has it. It does have several straight upgrades on site (Rainbow Vortex, Amulet of Neutrality) but all 3 can technically be used in the same set. I think staff also have mentioned that they would be comfortable rereleasing the STS through.. some means, though we don't know a timeline on that, it does mean that people will be more wary about paying a lot for it.
