Hopefully this is a cool place to post this, but does anyone know if theres an item that gives human avatars a cyclops eye?

There are several, for example: Little Ocean Cyclops Doll. You can look for wearables in your wardrobe, just uncheck the box "Only show items you own" and search for what you want to find. We do have a lot of items tho, and not all of them are named so you can easily find them. If you come up empty, you can always open a thread in the "Human Avatars" section of the forums and ask there! :)

Yeah, the item images can be misleading, even food or books can be wearables... always check the hover :D e.g.

Hey, fun little fact: in the wardrobe, if you untick the "Show only items you own" and take off the CW option then type in a keyword like Cyclops, you'll get all the wearable items onsite with that in their title. c:
