Items disappear completely when removed from wardrobe

I wanted to remove the items Angelic Portrait and RoQ Candy Palette Sweater from my wardrobe. I went to the Organize Items page and removed them, but they are not found anywhere. I checked my inventory, wardrobe, vault, and stores.

My Organize Items page still says I have 272 items in my wardrobe, which was the number prior to removing the items.

Are you still missing these items? If so, you'll want to file a ticket and have a UA look into your logs.

Yes I am! I would send a ticket, but it says this:

For this, since you lost an item, you would need to file a ticket to have those items reimbursed.
