Had around 500 tokens after doing the Wizard's quests. I went to my currency storage and clicked on Wizard Exchange and it gave me the message "Oh No! It seems that you don't have any of my tokens. Why not come back when you get some?" I went back to my inventory and now they are gone from there. too.

I might have double clicked on the exchange, I've gotten the message before when putting in tokens but they always end up in my storage as they are suppose to. This time they are just gone completely, not in my storage or inventory..

Sorry I just saw this. If you have not already, please file a ticket to have a UA look into having your tokens reimbursed.

You would always need to file a ticket to have your tokens reimbursed. (happy birthday)
