Hello, I am trying to abandon one of my pets, but it does not appear to take me to the correct link when I attempt to abandon the pet. I have it set up so that a PIN is needed before a pet can be abandoned. So when I click the "Abandon PET NAME" button it takes me to my pets link

I hope this makes sense. I am not the best at explaining things.

I'm having the same problem, and I found a post in the Dismissed Report board (here), so basically if you disable the pin for transferring/abandoning pets, it would work. However, to make it work with the pin enabled, we need to file a ticket to have a UA fix things for us.

Yup, I'm also having this issue, except I filed a ticket and was told I should just disable my PIN because there's no way to tell how long it can take to fix through ticket. So, filing a ticket is not the way to go, and we just have to disable our PINs and have less security. Yikes.

Yeah, I don't really understand either why this needs to be a ticket issue instead of something that can or should be fixed across the site for every user. If there's an issue with the page not accepting PINs at all, that seems like more of a reportable bug than a ticket issue...

(I'm no programming expert or anything, so there could be something I'm missing in that regard, but it just seems odd)

Glad I'm not the only who felt a little weird about filing the ticket. I filed mine yesterday morning, and so far only received the initial reply for the UA. It seems to be a bigger issue than previously thought. I hope it can be resolved soon.

I'm also having this problem.

If it helps at all, I tried to update my pin to see if it would resolve but it kept telling me 'That's not your pin.' And now when I try to remove an item from my vault (with a pin) it says 'You've tried this pin too many times today' X)
