I have 3 shops, 2 autopriced fine, but my first and main shop didn't. It said 0/0 at the end of the third stage/confirmation. Going back to see if it was a fluke, it's asking me to pay 25csc for another autoprice, so it should have went through.
I've checked, and theres several items in my shop that haven't been priced, so the autoprice just straight up didn't work. 4 pages worth of items didn't get autopriced.
i did encounter a 503 error while QSing this particular shop, but didn't think it'd do anything like this.

seeing as another user is asking about auto price not working, i'm going to go ahead and assume that my other shops didn't get autopriced either, as I have no way of checking since i only QS'd one store.
It's also not working for me. :( I'm trying to do it via phone as well so I'm not sure if that could be an issue or not
The best thing to do when the AP fails is to file a ticket and they can reset your AP for you.

because of the new ticket system layout I wasnt sure if a failed AP was exploitable or not, so I didnt want to bog down the ticket system to be potentially sent here.
regardless, it's too late for me to file a ticket now, seeing as its 40 odd minutes to reset. really bummed about it. I'm +13 hours subeta time so I AP early in the morning. feels like a wasted GA day, yknow?
If I had been on earlier I would have said so earlier sorry! But we are told that UAs can reset that for you. Sometimes the things that make it error out are lag and little minor things that resolve on their own.

my profits show that I probably didnt get an AP in. yeah it would of been nicer to file a ticket about it earlier but not much I can do about it now!
I reported this issue more than a month ago here: Ongoing Problems with Autopricer. It has not gotten much attention. Maybe having more people report on it will get some attention

I understand them telling you to file a ticket so you can get it reset and try again. Unfortunately doing that doesn't fix the underlying issue. :/
I'm not sure what happened but I went back to my shop, clicked auto pricer"'and there was a message that said something along the lines of "you didn't complete auto pricer, click here to complete it. " When I did tjayz all of my items were priced. That message wasn't there the day before.
