Questing hard, or hardly questing?

I must've completed four or five quests for Drunk Carl before it counted and the marker changed from 1/10 to 2/10. Browser is Mozilla Firefox, if it matters. I checked my inventory and the sP and rewards seem to still be received.

ETA: Should I continue with Carl or move onto other quest givers and wait till the glitch is fixed?

Is this still happening? I tried a few Carl's Quests and the counter went up. It might have just been cache lag.

I haven't tried Carl again specifically but I've been doing other's quests and been fine.
