I would like to add all of them to my minion zoo! Is there a way to do this in bulk right now?

You can add them to the Minion Zoo by using the quick stock in any of your shops and selecting Collection. However, to quick-stock them, you have your user preferences set to allow it. (Click here) and make sure that the box next to "Do NOT quick stock to Minion Zoo when quickstocking to collections" is NOT checked.
