As a preface, this is the first time I logged on to this site after being away for years, so don't know if that has anything to do with this. There are exclamation points next to my shops on the menu, and when I go to the shop space it says "You currently have 0 out of a maximum 4 shops and galleries." I can open the individual shops from the menu and remove items from each shop, but when I try to move items into my shops, I can't do it; like if I click on an item and then click to move it to a shop, none of the shops show up as options. I had 5 shops/galleries, and thinking that it was because I had too many shops, I moved items from one and deleted it so that I only have 4, but this has not changed anything.
