I don't see any reason for there to be three different terms to refer to what is essentially the same thing. It just adds confusion, especially for newer users trying to figure things out.

Copied from my post linked above -

Wording would also need to be changed on the Currency Vault page - change Forum Tickets to Forum Points and change the description under the amount you have to "There is a chance to be awarded a Forum Point after each post you make in the forums. Spent in the forum shop."

And also on the Forum Shop page - change the description of the shop "Welcome to the Forum shop! You can find Forum Points randomly when browsing the forums. You can turn in Forum Point Tickets to receive Forum Points as well!"

These changes are based on the renaming suggestion mentioned in the quote. It doesn't necessarily have to be this exact naming convention, but whatever staff decides to go with I think something at least needs to be changed. Please, we don't need three names for the same thing.

One thing I'd like to add: there is a need to be specific about which forums you can and can't earn forum points in (public vs. private forums), so that part should also be clarified somewhere. If not in the currency name itself, then in the FAQ, or the flavor text of the forum point shop. Ideally both.

Yes please. This is so very confusing! I understand the genesis of it all (I was here for all of it and the various changes that led to the various names), but it needs to be fixed.
