so if you get your pet fired, how soon an you get them a job and do they climb fast up the ladder cuz they have the credentials?

I believe they can get a new job immediately. They should be able to climb back up the ladder quickly, but some jobs require you to be employed for a certain number of days. That may reset when you quit the job, I’m not entirely certain.
...makes sense ty so much my pet now is Director of SAI started in 2014 so i don't think i am having her quit lol
