I tried to use on the avatar below, and it turned green because I was using the male base.
As you can probably guess, this is a trans female character. This base more accurately represents this character's build, and I don't want to change it.
I also have a female Wizarding character in Slytherin house that I would really like to be able to wear the green version.
It's really annoying. I'd gladly buy two of them if you made them different items or a transformable item (because I'd like to have both versions available in my wardrobe permanently!)
There's also no hint in the CI that it won't be a pink bag on every avatar, so I had to look the item up on Subeta Lodge to figure out what was happening.

This is unfortunately not a bug. When the HA system was younger, there were a lot of items that change base on gender. Once we got transformable items, this became less common. There is actually a suggestion board to revamp these into transformables. See the board below!
