I've noticed an #events-bubble-wrapper in pet page HTML, and I think I've seen such an event once or twice, but I don't know how to trigger one on purpose. I just want to see how an event looks on my pet's profile, and maybe change the colours/positioning/z-index if necessary.

I know I could just set it to display:none, and that's actually how it was when I got the pet, but I think it's mean to make someone miss an event just because I can't code it to match the pet (especially since they seem to be so rare!)

So, is there some way I can trigger an event, even a dummy one, for the sake of profile testing?

pretty sure that refers to the live popup event bubbles from the sidebar we used to get when we got an event like a shop purchase or forum ping. we don't get those anymore; as you've probably noticed, you have to refresh the page to see new events in your sidebar. so that piece of code is defunct.

Oh, that's great; means I can just ignore it!

idk if you meant random events, but they're kind of rare-ish and you can't manually trigger a dummy event on purpose so you don't have to worry about it.

If you still want to tweak them, but maybe this helps a little?

OH THOSE, I've had a couple of those before! Yeah they are pretty rare, and thank you; that does help!
