With new activities and recent changes to some of the site features, like the Rift opening up the ability to obtain retired items and the coin machine now giving out a wider range of items and plus retired items. I for awhile have been thinking about this because I am going for the Treasure Map Seeker achievements and while its rewarding to hit those tier marks, about 90% of the time I just end up fragging what I get from the rewards because it just doesn't seem worthwhile to sell these items. For the cost of a completed treasure map, it can be nearly around 1-1.5Mil if purchased to turn in a completed map.

Now I'm not saying every completed map should garner a awesome item, but I think the prize payouts should definitely be looked at and maybe use these rewards as another way of introducing retired items.

:) Now that my dev isn't being rude, I'm going to be going through and adjusting the prizes for different things like treasure maps, sP pay out in some of the other games, etc. My first step is going through the code and compiling everything the games currently give out and then brainstorm with to do some cool things to make things worthwhile. hello summer project!

Awesome April, thank you for the response, and for the hard work you all having been doing. Yea its tricky trying to regulate things on the back end to ensure that nothing too insane pops out.

For puzzle wise, I know you're looking at adjusting the sp rate and other back-end things with other games as well. One idea I would suggest is probably commission a few game prizes that can solely be obtained from this particular sector of what you're working on. Which you could have a few booby prizes etc, to regulate things if you're going to introduce something different prize wise.
