1. Battle loot can't be fragged at the moment and sometimes I wish they could be like other items!

2. Could loyalty shop points be converted (maybe at a lesser rate) to buy CSC?

Nothing against number 1

Absolutely no support for number two. We already get bonus CSC everytime we purchase and bonus weekends every month, we get enough free CSC

One thing I thought about converting to CSC are Billboard impressions. Especially if we used the item to make them (I have a bunch of impressions I have no idea how I got besides a credit for like 2500 but I have 7.5k...)

But yeah, we do get a lot of free CSC in small amounts.

Some battle loot is really hard to get. It would be sad if someone trained their pet all that high and spent the billions of sP on weapons and the fragmentizer got it in an accidental click.
