I dunno if there's any good items that do what you want, but might be a good fake. Maybe see if any of the nail polishes or talons can be layered over it?

The only hands item I could find from the Feral Accessory Trunk was the Bear Paws, not really the same.

If you have it unlocked, the Wildcat skin might suffice if none of these help?

There's also Custom Clothing, if you have the CSC for it you could try for example. Hope something here helps, I love seeing Khajiit HA's.
