The Cash Shop has a cart to make everything easier when it comes to shopping. No wasting points and comes super in handy to make sure you don't purchase the same item twice. Why not give all the holiday and seasonal event carts too!?

That would be very handy. Untimely finger jerks made me buy a couple of Vesnali items twice, and my mental maths isn't so great - even with the aid of a calculator, keeping track of all the numbers to find the total cost is tricky.

I support this. It would save a lot of extra clicking as well as for the reason already given.

Something I noticed during Vesnali is that it's no longer possible to click the "Buy" button so that the purchase opens in a new tab. Middle click. Control click. Right mouse button menu. None of it works. And I hate that it's like this because opening purchases in a new tab made it so much easier for me.

Having a Cart for event shops would be a great alternative. Better even. Full support.

It's browser-specific. The ctrl+click still works in Chrome, but not in other browsers. They had to tweak that because people were double-buying things on accident. There is apparently a Firefox extension to fix that but I haven't used it, personally.
