I don't buy CWs, so I don't really know anything about them. However, having been on Subeta long enough, I know there's bound to be some sort of user-developed etiquette for literally every minute detail involving CWs. I don't want to step on any toes or anything, so here I am... I acquired a CW somehow and I'm a little fuzzy on how or when. I keep my wardrobe and vault relatively empty, so I'm looking at selling this particular item. Can I do that? Looks like there's some in a CW shop...is it super bad form to price it at less than that? Anything in particular that I should know about reselling a CW that I'm just too ignorant to even know I should be asking about? I appreciate any help on this!

You can of course sell the cw. The only time there might be an issue is if it is a private cw. However since it is in a cw shop, that to me means it isn't private but is not always the case, however if it is unlocked in the shop, then that to me means it isnt. You are free to price the cw at whatever you like, it is your item. You can resell the cw on either the r200 threads, trades or stick it in your shop and give it a csc price point. good luck!

Thank you for replying! In the shop, it looks like it requires a password to purchase. If that means it's private, maybe it was the creator that gave it to me for something... What should I consider if it is a private CW? Should I just send it to the creator?

Can you sell a CW that is not selling anywhere right now? Or is that an issue?

it still might not be private, it might just be limited quantities, seasonal, or something like that. You can always smail/comment the releaser to find out the status and go from there.

you can sell it, even if it isn't in shops, trades. It is your item, you can do with it as you please, again however if it is a private release that is something you need to work out with the person that released it. They might buy back or let you sell it to their private group if someone missed it. Subeta really doesn't monitor or enforce private releases, it is more just respect to the releaser and it can be a special item to them.
