I waffled back and forth between filing a ticket and making a post, I hope this was the right choice!

I was fiddling with my HA earlier, adjusting my outfit when I discovered that I had two Burr and Seed Souvenirs in my wardrobe. I know I purchased one in the Token Shop when they restocked at the beginning of the month, but I have no idea where the second one came from, nor how they're both in my wardrobe since it doesn't normally let you add duplicate items. After seeing it in my Wardrobe, I also checked my Wardrobe: Organize Items page and it is also showing two copies of the item. I didn't want to do anything else with the item until I knew what was going on.

I had same thing a while ago when I was adding stuff to WR while site hiccuped and lagged. Have you tried removing the item(s) from WR and adding it again? It fixed it for me, I had just one copy as I was supposed to.

I hadn't, I was afraid to touch it if something had happened. I did try it after you suggested it, though, and you're right, that made it only a single item again. Thank you :)
