Not quite what I meant, but it does look better regardless. What I meant was on my resolution, the profile stops at the TC and doesn't scroll down to the bottom edge, but maybe it looks okay on a bigger screen.

well the background is an image so to make sure people can scroll all the way down, you'd need to set the height of html. right now it's set to 100%, which means the total height of the profile - of which the lowest point is the bottom of the TC - is as far as anyone will be able to scroll. you'll want to set the height to something like... 900px? maybe try different values until it looks right.
