Recently I got a rift blob kitty from The Rift, and today I noticed that there's an achievement for that, and I have 0/1 recorded on that achievement.

I noticed this too! I've gotten a few rift items transformed and still have 0 logged on the achievements page

I didn't even know there was supposed to even be an achievement for that. I've had three or so items transformed by the Rift and never got an achievement?

it only counts if you go from the original (item) to the rift-touched (item)

e.g. this counts for rift transformer give , receive

this does not count give , receive

and as far as i know, that's been working correctly (i'm at 4/50 items transformed by the rift, and i just started working on that one this week)

Welp. That's dumb it's not worded that way then? Oh, well. Back to yeeting things into the Rift.
