This is a really minor suggestion, but it'd make a big difference when seeing what stats pets need boosted to get a promotion. It'd be nice to be able to tell at a glance what pets need a little more work before their promotion, and which pets are already very close.

Maybe if we need to reach a certain goal, that line could be highlighted in red?

This is an okay idea, but not real high priority?

It's a Job Center, so doing those things IS your job. Think of it as having to go to shudder the HR department. It's not like you have to pay attention to it everyday.
