I started my own forum group but I have no idea if they're getting pinged or not. I tried to add a ping to an edited post (the last one in my CW thread shop) but it didn't seem to... turn into a ping, so to speak. Am I doing something wrong?

That's odd. :/ As a forum group owner, I know I've definitely gotten pings when I've pinged the group. I've made a group now for testing this, made a private topic & added the ping in a topic edit, got the event just fine.

Gonna be an odd question, but did you ever ping it before and the ping went through fine? I'm noticing that you have a dash in your forum group hashtag and I'm eyeing that as the possible culprit to your pings not going through.

I can't remember but possibly not? Since pings can't be changed I guess I'll have to delete the whole thing and start over. >x< Maybe they should add a note somewhere about that...

Yeah, I agree. A note about that would be helpful. Maybe post in the thread with usability improvements? That seems like a really small thing to change, but it would add some much needed clarity until they get around to adding bigger updates to forum groups. :/ Sucks that you'll have to delete it to change it, though.
