A few minutes before posting I was on the Wizard Exchange, which was unsuccessful. I checked my inventory and my tokens were gone. Shortly before that I was trying to sent a gift through the Gift center, when a Error 504 occurred. After which six items were also gone, a Bronze Bag of Steamworks trinkets and five Morty cards.
about a week ago I was moving items from my shop and had a 504 gateway error and lost 71 items in the transfer. I made a ticket and they have yet to figure it out. Be patient, I have a feeling it will take some time.
Please file a ticket about your issue, and a UA will help you resolve this. ❤
Yeah... we do apologize about the wait. I think the ticket queue is just a bit backed up at the moment due to the weird problems that cropped up last week. :S We really appreciate your patience!
