I had 4,038, 924 sP in hand. I clicked on the Job Agency link to collect 30K for my pet Carnage. I just got a white page which didn't load. When I tried again I got -

Oh No! You already collected your income today! If you haven't, please try again.

My sP in hand hadn't gone up so I lost Carnage's wages for the day.

I haven't had any problems with quests today either.
