are you going to keep a running request list in the first post? Maybe separated by month (and then a special one for certain years)?
It might be a commitment, though, so I don't know if you'd be interested, but I think it might be helpful to people so as the thread grows, people's requests don't get lost. :)

Maybe copy the layout on the Available Real Word/Name threads?
Although don't literally copy - that would be probably include an insane amount of words - but use that format. I believe they use the spoiler code, and you can do spoiler= to give each one a different title.

As for making it prettier you could use the box [box=hexcode] TEXT [/box]
It would look pretty and I think it might be better that spoilers since people can check at a glance.

I suggest that you not have a seperate spot for dates with years. It could end up getting quite long, unorganized and difficult to read. It's a lot easier to read by month.
I would list each date request numerically, regardless of who is requesting it.
Example:
3rd, 2007 or 2017 - user A 12th - user D 14th - user A 21st, 2013 - user S

Hmm I would probably ping but get others opinion on this.
Also since the month is already indicated, I don't think you need the month for dates with years, unless you plan to seperate the date with years on the bottom. Then a full date may look better. Am I making sense?
EDIT: Yes. I think that looks nice and clean. I like the () around the year. Clean and easy to read. :)
