cannot submit cw due to name - one more lol

Hi staff, hope everyone is well!! n_n
I am having an issue here (I am going to ping @ Ariel since you are in charge of name changes and all and I think it's both a bug AND tied to naming at same time so :O oye!! hehe)
Sooo, there are some items on site that have "%" as "percent" and some that use the actual "%" sign, see: https://www.subetalodge.org/list_all/search/%5Bpercent%5D/mode/name
Right now I am submitting a new CW, and it needs to have that in its name (I would like to name it 44% Face Highlighter) Now, when I input all info on the CW submission page, everything is fine, and as soon as I got to the next step/page (where slotting happens) the "%" signs disappears and the item name becomes "44 Face Highlighter" so as of right now, I am stuck in the process and cannot put my item in queue!
SO! If it's a coding issue, then perhaps Bug or Amber or anyone could fix it, BUT if it is that we are not supposed to use that sign, then a "merge and fix" kinda thing is required (item name consistency issue deal) so that all other items like the 100% Organic Sticker [item=100% Organic Sticker] or [item=1000% Sugar Sticker] no longer use it either? (Which I hope will not be the case because aesthetically speaking it feels way better than the word)

Items shouldn't have the % in them. I thought I got all of them before, but because of the difficulty in even searching for items with that character I guess I missed a few. I fixed the two you just noted, are there any others? Your item will need to say "Percent" if you want to signify that, sorry!

so far the only other one i found is 100% Trans Fat Sticker [item=100% Trans Fat Sticker] but i will continue my research and can advise you if there are any more!! n_n will resubmit my CW now, thanks again!

[edit] apparently someone had the same issue as me, but with something else, funny coincidence! so i thought i would add it here too for clarification (maybe Jessi can add that to the CW thread thing idk?)
so was trying to put an apostrophe in a CW name and it did the same thing so are they officially not OK'd in items name? just double checking, thanks again for all the help!! n_n
Yup, no apostrophes which is my saddest reality ever. We’re working on a conclusive list of allowed characters!
