I'm surprised such an option doesn't exists. There's no way to load ALL of existing achievements regardless of category, to see which one we are missing!

There's just TOO MANY of them, the site would crash trying to load all of them. I think other users asked for the current format of the achievements.

I am against this suggestion - i like seeing them organized in categories for several reasons: seeing too many at once makes me panic. the seasonal ones give me a better idea of when during the year i can work towards getting them - i can't throw snowballs when it's not winter, for instance. My computer would most likely freeze trying to load all of them, even if the site would work.

oh golly gosh, I have 2300 of them and even I don't have them all. The load time would be horrible. The reason it's paginated is because we all begged for it to be this way way back when there were only a few hundred. Loading them all now would break your browser and possibly also Subeta.

There is a partially finished thread somewhere on the Forums. It's pretty helpful if you can find it.

The search function for Achievements is weird and only works once before you have to navigate away and come back, and it only searches them by their title and not their contents. Given how barely functional it is, breaking them down by page and category is a workaround. Maybe if it worked better you could find stuff? Or if someone was feeling ambitious they could put it on the wiki?

I don't mean scrapping what we have so far. I just think a way to see them all would be neat. It could come with a warning, if you were to click it.

why would subeta return to showing ALL the achievements on a single page, risking to break the internet, when it was the users who asked for it to be this way, to help with loading time. and what you suggested sounds a bit like scrapping. Keith said countless times that the site works on an ancient code, and they try hard to re-do it. maybe once the site is stable and not crashing or lagging every time a new event starts, staff can think of this option you mentioned. Which i don't even want or doesn't even remotely excite me because i like this organization.

No, I didn't say that this should scrap anything. I even said "surprised there isn't an option"! x_x

I agree that it would be nice to be able to see all the achievements I still need. As it stands I'm missing a few here and there, and its pretty frustrating having to click and open each category. But I understand the limitations.

I use the save function to create a listing of achievements that I'm currently working on and that need to be triggered to get them. Its a bit of a hassle to get the list done, but once done its pretty convenient.

You can add all the achievements you're missing if you want and it will function how you want, the ability to see all the achievements you don't have all on one page. It might crash, you might get load errors, but you could do it.

I... don't see the point of a page where you can view all achievements, but! I would really like a "show missing" or "show in-progress" filtering option!

Hmm, maybe there's a way to combine the two? Have somewhere to see your missing achievements, but have it paginated? So every page shows... idk, 50 achievements you're missing and you can easily see if you can trigger an unlock for any of them, or if there are any easy ones you can knock out of the way immediately.

So it's not just one page out of the way somewhere (that's how I read the suggestion. :'D), it's all incorporated into the current achievement page. And all shown at once without you having to go comb through the categories to show missing in every single category.
