Hey all! I'm looking to write more here on subeta and figured I'd open a free shop to get some practice in. I tend to be more motivated by other peoples ideas/prompts. Most of my babes are a work in progress. (maybe this'll be what inspires me to complete them lol) However, I have finished a story for the lovely Allergy if you'd like to have a gander. Going to put some more poetry in spoilers below.
These are free, tips are appreciated but not necessary. Feel free to edit story as you like, it'll be all yours. Don't forget to ping me. I'll likely have it done within a few hours.

Overthinking/drowning faster than a boat thats sinking/
who else is to blame but the voices in our heads/
killing our happiness like it's better off dead/
when will we realize our minds are a powerful tool/
but when stressed out/a pool of emotion/
with no notion of whats real or whats fake/
cant differentiate what you love from what you hate/
as seeds of doubt settle down to induce a panicked state/
addicted to stimulation/while living in a simulation
being controlled as one nation/under God/we're all flawed
no liberty or justice for us/
only bodies we are conditioned to hate/
man made diseases from foods that we ate/
animal agriculture that's causing pollution/
and medications with more side effects than solutions//
so spiritual beings, queens and kings, here is our mission/
let us wake up the masses/and end the division
diffuse the situation/don't lose your motivation this is a test/of your patience throw out the medication/they force feed us as a nation/ for you are not a sick patient/ but divine creation living proof of the truths we've discovered/ all the lies and deceptions/uncovered/ help to shift our perception back to that of love/ why do we feel we're above other souls on this planet/ i just don't understand it/every being has it's purpose/ meaning no life is worthless/and yet/ we cut down their homes/watch them burn to the ground/ another tree falls in the forrest/does it make a sound?/ out of sight, out of mind as mother Earth's heart pounds/ damn near out of her chest/all this pain that we've caused her/ can't we put this to rest?/ at war with ourselves with no sign of an end/ putting every life second/behind that of men

Got you all down, I’ll start working on these tonight in order of posts :) - I didn’t receive your sMail :( mind sending it once more? I just thought you didn’t want a story lol! Creepers, crawlers, fliers, pollinators, Keagan loved them all. Often times he spent the daylight hours scouting for new bugs, searching low and high. No place is too dangerous for him, in fact it was the muddiest, murkiest areas that really made him feel like a true adventurer. It was a beautiful day, the sun was beaming down over the green grass outside his house. He decided it was a perfect day for a picnic. He grabbed his satchel and headed down the sidewalk, a big smile found its home on his face as he breathed in the fresh air. He beamed at the old woman tending to her garden, stopping for a moment to bury his nose into her blooming rose bushes. He inhaled the fragrance, only to discover two ladybugs making their way down the leaves. “Oh!” He exclaimed, studying their unique patterns. One of the spotted ladybugs crawled onto the tip of his nose and he laughed, startling them; they both took off in flight simultaneously. He grabbed his journal from his satchel and jotted down a quick note about his encounter, nodded at the woman kindly, and continued down the road. In front of the old diner in town, there was loads of fresh vegetables growing; everything from tomatoes to kale, he stopped for a quick examination. A radiant red tomato was making the vine grow heavy, and a fuzzy caterpillar was making its way up the stem. He watched it move gracefully and thought about it making its home here, and eventually turning into a beautiful butterfly - speaking of butterflies - he noticed a beautiful white one fluttering by, and watched it dance in the breezy air. Again he jotted down his encounters, and headed towards the lake a half mile up the road. Upon arrival, he took a moment to take in the stillness. Small ripples covered the surface of the lake as fish moved underneath, the wind swayed the trees, the soft humming of the bees tending to their hive in a large oak tree. He was always at peace here. He rambunctiously waded into the water, allowing it to splash over his face. The cool mud under the surface felt comforting, and he took a moment to enjoy it before getting out, shaking his whole body dry. He laid out on the grass under the sun, and took out a jar from his satchel. Inside the jar was a pair of beetles that had found their way into his covered patio at home. “Hello!” He smiled at them, “I’ve brought you home, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do…” he removed the lid and let them free, watching them enjoy their newfound freedom at the idyllic lake. He laughed and closed the jar, proud of himself for returning them to their rightful home. And with that, he pulled out his lunch bag and enjoyed some food, getting lost in the humming and buzzing of the bugs surrounding him. He’d never felt more at home.

~ hey everyone! sorry for the wait. I'm finally back after a little hiatus, enjoying time with my baby :) I apologize for the wait.
