They are called potions here. and Elixirs for pet species. You can find all the colours here or zap them with the zapper With Wizard token. But beware, you can also end up zapping extremely rare items if you dont have stuff in your vault. (I zapped a legendary once and a 1 week gold before cause i forgot i had it unlocked.)

there are a few different ways you can change your pets appearance

one way is with elixirs, which will change the color AND species of a pet. you can use these to get the desired species of a pet and then change it's color with a potion. bloodred pets are much cheaper to obtain if you use an elixir.

potions will only change the color of your pet.

there are some special ways to get certain pets, like Galactic, Glade, Steamwork, Hydrus.. involves some item fetching, timed events and the like
