Random user's "kiss me" buttons

Hello!

Sometimes when I'm browsing the forums, I'll see a random user's "Kiss " at the top of the forum page. It can happen from (for example) https://subeta.net/forums.php/forum/12/Welcomes-amp-Introductions down to actual forum pages with content to reply to.

I'm on Windows 10, most recently updated Chrome browser.

And I really hope this is in the right spot to put this bug report.
