I got myself that thing a few weeks ago. And even in high end battles it just doesn't change anything. It really seems to suck my pet's health without any affect on the opponent. It "boosts" stats but it just.. doesn't.
Does this weapon require anything special I didn't heard of? Is my T11 to weak for it?
It simply requires a T11 pet. In addition to the once-per-battle stat boost, it has a 100 turn blessing and curse. The 8-headed panzer hydra has curses disabled.
It is working, its just that its effect is pretty marginal, and it is detrimental in short battles.
With my capped tier 13 pet I just tested it with a 20 icon constant weapon and I went from dealing 412 damage to 419 damage. This test was more to make sure it wasn't actually bugged.
Considering you normally do about 100-120 icons per turn it works out to be an extra 35-40 damage + 186 damage per turn from the curse.
The lower your STR the better are you are with it though. In low T11 I liked it more for the extra heal than anything else.
No matter your STR though you gain an absolute benefit for any battle longer than 8 turns just on the curse alone, 6 turns if you mod the Mecha with EOR mods.

Hm, okay.. I bought it due to your set advice (planning for the endgame) Sounds like a wonder weapon, so I thought it was a good choice.
It is, but the thing to keep in mind is the longer the fight the better the benefit from the boost, blessing, and curse. When I got it in mid T11, it made enough of a difference to allow me to beat Crawbeast in battle quests.
Crawbeast is out of reach for me, for any reason.. I can beat Flamagia (with a bit of luck, without the Mecha) but Crawbeast rolls over me in the first turn :D

When I am maxing out a challenger I will go through a 40-50 turn battle making it one of the most powerful weapons in the game. It's deal 6-8 times as much damage than any other weapon in the game in that circumstance while healing beyond the health cap. And when you set it as the first weapon in your line up with pre-select there is really no time cost to it either. In Early T11, +125 healing is effectively adding 430 HP.
In a 6 turn battle, it breaks even with a god weapon, so your not going to see any real change.
What I was saying is that you gain a marginal advantage, so you might not see a ton of change in a single turn, but you get a lot of value in a longer game.
It's still a great weapon.
