SORRY I couldn't find any other thread about this, nor any information, so my apologies if this is an unnecessary thread. D:

I started up a brand new week-long gold account just last night(after midnight), and when I got on earlier today all evidence of that active GA is gone. I have a message saying "We really appreciate your patience over the last few days, and you supporting the site by having a gold account. As a thank you, we've given you 10 extra days of Gold Account. Thank you!" but as for the actual evidence of that gold account, there's nothing. The user dashboard says nothing, my quests say I've completed 15/10, my leashed pet on the forums is absent, and my username icon is blue.

[edit] I just got the 3-day GA. Not the one the notification promised, nor the one I should have from my medal. I'm filing a ticket and will see how that goes. [edit] Filing a ticket resolved the issue. Hopefully others with the same issue can get it resolved quickly too.

Mine did the exact same thing, cue a few moments of great confusion (though it was confirmed that several accounts had that happen), I made a ticket and it was resolved quickly. Just make it under the CS tab -> other and get the information of when you bought the GA medal from your CS log for the ticket.

There's been an issue applying this extension. In the GA forums, there's been reports by users that their GA expires in... 49 years O_o

You should definitely file a ticket.
