Can't make a ticket?

Well, I bought some CSC last night before the deadline for the bonus weekend and the payment didn't go through for some reason. No idea why but I went to go make a ticket and I cannot. I had been paid and the money was 100% in the account so I don't know what was up. But ultimately this is about not being able to actually make a ticket to ask about this and hopefully get it sorted.
- I open the ticket link
- Click on 'create a ticket'
- Click on 'Items/Credits not Received'
- Sent to https://subeta.net/tickets/create/16 but cannot actually make a ticket on this screen.

That URL it had linked to (/create/16) is still broken right now, but I have gone ahead and changed the links on that page to links that work, so you can access create tickets again in the meantime. You can try again now. Here is a direct link for your convenience: https://subeta.net/tickets.php?act=create&cat=16
(For curious lurkers: This seems to be part of an issue affecting a couple different URLs. Pet profile link issue is related.)
