it says right on the page where you do that all that it does, and you have it activated so? The main thing most users use it for is autopricing your shop. Me, I think Subeta's item intensive vs Neopets, so I like having the 250 inventory spaces way more than I ever find autopricing useful.

Yes, CSC Gift Cards are sell-able in your shop. This is an unofficial transaction, so there is no fixed conversion rate. To get to the place in the Cash Shop where they are, it's under Items - CSC Card. If you want to sell amounts of CSC not available by card, you have to use the Trade feature.
