Hi, I'm kinda new (Joined two weeks ago) and just wanted to introduce myself. I am an Aspie mom of four wonderful children, three of whom are also on the spectrum. I also have a beautiful 9 month old granddaughter whom I believe to also be Autistic. As far as interests go, I breed pet rats and they are kinda my obsession. Well, nice to meet you all!

I'm schizophrenic, southpaw'd and doing my best to work towards even the possibility of semi-independence. Similar to you I employ animal therapy, raising a small number of livestock. A rural lifestyle allows me to make use of my restlessness and appalling amounts of free time.

I've been playing here for about four of the eight years since signing up.

My obsession is geared around left dominance, something rare in humans and just about everywhere else. I still play with Legos and am keenly interested in learning bass, and Russian.

Rats make such intelligent pets! I've never had a pet rat, but I had hamsters and pet sat a couple of rats before. Rats are adorable creatures, especially the domesticated ones! Sadly, I've had a few experiences with wild rats (roof rats mostly) and those things are not at all pleasant. I live in a basement and it seems like we get one or two every so often.
