iPad Pro's are absolutely phenomenal as art tools, good choice. :D Procreate is the best app to buy for painting with. As for videos, I tend to watch generic ones which focus more on art fundamentals than program-specific tools, but I did get a bit of mileage from this one when I first bought my iPad: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EI-ToB0tG9A

I'd recommend finding artists who draw/paint with a style you aspire to and watch their speedpaint or tutorial videos; once you have the basics of Procreate down, like where to find brushes and how to blend, you'll benefit much more from that stuff.

I'm not familiar with which learning videos are good to watch, but in terms of tips, I'll say that 1) Procreate is a great option in terms of programs, 2) getting some Procreate brush packs to expand your brush toolbox is a good step too. Tip Top Brushes makes a wide variety of packs emulating different media (charcoal, gouache, crayon, etc). I've bought some and liked how they feel and look.

I wish I could say more on videos specifically, but hopefully this is still helpful!
